Monday Evening Surgery and Alternate Saturday Morning Surgeries

Patients who are not able to attend for a doctor's
appointment during a normal working week will be able to pre-book an
appointment for alternate Saturday mornings and every Monday evening up to six
weeks ahead at Wellesbourne Surgery.
You will be requested to attend for your appointment
via the back door and ring the bell on the right hand side.
Important
Please note this is not an emergency clinic and
patients who feel it is necessary to contact a doctor on a Saturday will need
to use the Out of Hours service by dialing the practice number of 01789 840245
and listening to the message.
In all cases in a life threatening emergency dial 999.
Prescriptions will not be available for collections or
for ordering at these times.
