Christmas is a difficult time of year for many people; particularly those who are vulnerable, lonely or are struggling to cope.
Warwickshire has a range of mental health and wellbeing support services available to help those who are struggling to cope over the festive period. Not just face to face; you can go online, call a helpline or even borrow a self-help book from a Warwickshire library.
