All our surgeries are by appointment. These can be made by telephone or by calling at the reception desk. Should you wish to talk to a Doctor or Nurse on the phone, please ask the receptionist to make a telephone consultation time and the Doctor will phone you back.
WEDNESDAY 22nd OCTOBER – TELEPHONE LINE DISTRUPTION AT HASTINGS HOUSE MEDICAL CENTRE
(Please Note: There may be a small disruption to the telephone lines at Little Thatch, Branch Surgery on MONDAY 20th OCTOBER, but we are hopeful to minimise this by directing calls down to Hastings House.)
Please bear with us as this essential work is carried out on the telephone lines – this is key to improving the system; as we have had ongoing problems since February this year.
If your enquiry is routine on this day and you are unable to get through then please bear with us and call back at another time.
If your query or concern is urgent then please telephone 01789 470993 or 07817 044337… these numbers should be used for medical emergencies.
Due to our reliance on British Telecom we are not able to be provided with a specific time or timescale for the maintenance but we will do everything we can to minimise disruption.
Thank you for your patience.

Currently stocks are low nationally so, at present, it is only being offered to those people who are 70 OR 79 on 1 September 2013
This makes you eligible if your birth date is between 2/9/1942 & 1/9/1943 OR 2/9/1933 & 1/9/1934.
The Surgery will contact you to arrange your appointment.
